COURSE PURPOSE
This course aims to provide a comprehensive introduction to aspects of climate change and
resource management and potential mitigation measures.
STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES
Upon completion of the course, student should be able to:
i Discuss concepts of weather and climate
ii Discuss causes of climate change and global warming
iii Identify the various legislations on climate change management
iv Describe climatic variables and importance in resource management.
