Subject :- Rajasthan State Junior Athletics Championships 2024
Dear Sir,
I’m pleased to Inform you that the Rajasthan State Junior Athletics Championships 2024 (Boys & Girls) is
scheduled to be held at SRI GANGANAGAR (Rajasthan) from 22nd to 24th September 2024. The
Championship shall be organized by Rajasthan Athletic Association.
Events to be conducted are as under:

Terms & Conditions:
1. The Entries will be submitted by affiliated Districts units from 25/08/2024 TO 15/09/2024.
2. The entries should be Submitted “ONLINE” ON AFI Website (www.indianathletics.in) for which link
will also be available on Rajasthan Athletic Association’s website (www.rajasthanathletic.com).

3. An athlete can participate only in two (2) individual events.
4. All Athlete must be under age in their category as per AFI’s cut of date (probable).
Age brackets-
Boys & Girls (Under 14): Born between 12-11-2010 & 11-11-2012
Boys & Girls (Under 16): Born between 12-11-2008 & 11-11-2010
Boys & Girls (Under 18): Born between 12-11-2006 & 11-11-2008
Boys & Girls (Under 20): Born between 12-11-2004 & 11-11-2006
5. Entries sent by the mode other than “ONLINE” Will not be accepted. In other words, No manual
entry will be accepted. Last date for receipt of Entries will be 15th September 2024. No entry will
be accepted after the due date.
6. All District Secretaries should conduct their district championship with a wide publicity of date and
venue of championships so that maximum athletes can participate in district championships. They
are also required to submit the result of their district meet duly verified by their District Sports
Officer so that the TA/DA can be paid to athletes directly by RSSC, Jaipur.
7. All the District Secretaries should ensure that they do not include name of athletes, who have been
banned by AFI due to age fraud or in doping cases.
8. It may also be noted that boarding and lodging facilities to Athletes/ Managers/ Coaches will not
be provided by the Organizers. The Participating District Athletic Association will therefore have to
make their own arrangements in this regard.
9. Age Verification will be done by qualified Officials of AFI.
10. The Details of Entry fees to be paid by Affiliated Districts Secretary is as under:
Under 20 Years Athletes – INR 600 per head per event
Under 18,16,14 Years Athletes – INR 200 per head per event
All are requested to give a wide publicity so that maximum athletes can be benefitted.
