Having been in HR function now for almost 20 yrs, I have had the privilege of serving across different kinds of
organisations operating in consumer spaces ( fast moving and durables), oil and gas, retail, etc. Presently, I lead HR
Function of Hero Motocorp. In my previous roles across organisations, I have worked with Business Leaders helping
drive talent strategy, embedding performance culture, building individual and organisational capabilities and
transforming ER into employee centric function. I personally believe in driving fair and inclusive culture, with
