TERMS AND CONDITION


1. Emergency loan shall be granted based on the circumstances arising from natural calamities and hospitalization of
the employee or the employee's immediate dependent. Hospitalization will only apply if it exceeded the HMO
Coverage.
2. The employee must present proof of such calamity: a barangay certification for natural calamities, or proof of
hospitalization (medical certificate, operating room records, and receipts).
3. The loan amount shall be the maximum amount of 1-month salary for 1-5 years tenured and 2-months salary for 6
years onwards with five percent (5%) annual interest and shall be payable within 12 months, semi-monthly
installment.
4. The net take home pay, after computing the loanable amount must be at least sixty percent (60%) of the total gross
monthly salary (basic pay and allowances).
5. Any loan application will only be granted upon full payment of any existing company cash loan.
6. The Company shall be the "first" priority in deducting the total outstanding balance from the employee's final pay
after withholding the government's mandated dues.
7. First deduction of loan shall start on the nearest applicable payroll cut-off upon successful release of cash loan to
employee
8. Should an employee with an existing cash loan resign or should his employement be termnated by the company; the
entire balance of the loan shall be accellerated and shall automatically be due and demandable.
