“A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING TO ATTY. RAMON C. NOLASCO JR., CONGRESSMAN, PROVINCE
OF CAGAYAN TO ALLOCATE FUND FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AMOUNTING TO FIVE MILLION (P5, 000, 000.
00) INTENDED FOR THE PROJECT ENTITLED “CONCRETING BARANGAY ROAD” BETWEEN ZONE 3 AND 4 IN THIS
BARANGAY”.
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay seeks to find resource for the Concreting of Barangay Road in this
barangay;
WHEREAS, the concreting of Barangay Road are needed as said existing Barangay road already in deteriorating
state due to large impact of water became unpassable by our commuters and farmers going to danger of
collapsing specially during rainyd days seasons.
WHEREAS, during the regular session conducted of this concertedly decided to do the request for concreting of
Barangay Road between Zone 3 and 4 for the delivery of all important services in the adherences within the
guideline;
NOW THEREFORE. On motion of Kagawad Filomeno P. Millare, and jointly seconded by the members of th body
in sessions;
RESOLVED AT IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the resolution requesting the Office of the First District
Congressman Province of Cagayan to allocate fund for financial assistance amounting to Five Million Pesos (5,
000, 000.00) intended for the project entitled “Concreting of Barngay Road” between zone 3 and 4 be approved;
RESOLVED FINALLY, to forward copy of this resolution to the Office of the Congressman, Province of Cagayan
for their information and appropriate action;
CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
