    BDC RESOLUTION NO. 002 SERIES of 2021

    A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BARANGAY DATU PANAS GENDER AND


    DEVELOPMENT FOCAL POINT SYSTEM PLAN FOR THE YEAR 2022 OF
    BARANGAY DATU PANAS, BUUG, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY.

    WHEREAS, that, the Barangay Development Council (BDC) of Barangay Datu Panas, after
    a careful analysis/study of BGFPS Resolution No. 1 Series of 2021, the Programs, Projects
    and Activities;

    WHEREAS, the Implementation of the projects is based on the 5% GAD Plan and Budget for the
    Fiscal Year 2022

    WHEREAS, the projects to be undertaken will be accomplished within the prescribed budget as
    prepared in consonance to the Plans, Programs and Activities;

    WHEREAS, that the Barangay Datu Panas Gender and Development Focal Point System Plans and
    Budget for the fiscal year 2022, be appropriated, as follows;

    GAD PROGRAMS/PROJECT/ACTIVITIES AMOUNT


    1. Supplemental Feeding – 120 Days Php 25,000.00
    2. Purchase of Monoblock Table & Chairs for the utilization
    Php 25,000.00
    of Barangay Datu Panas Women’s Organization Members
    3. Women’s Month Celebration Php 10,000.00
    4. Blood Letting Activity Php 20,829.80
    5. Concreting of Pathway to Child Development Center Php 49,000.00
    6. Establishment of Electronic Barangay Integrated
    Php 85,000.00
    Governance System (BIG’s) Software
    TOTAL PHP 214,829.80

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion by Mrs. Nelfa C. Singhap, and unanimously seconded it was;

    RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to adopt the Barangay Datu Panas Gender and Development
    Plans and Budget for the Fiscal Year 2022 of Barangay Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this Resolution be furnished to MPDO, DILG and other
    concerned offices for review and appropriate action.
