SWIMMING

Swimming is the art of supporting oneself and moving forward, using one's arms
and legs, over or under water . It can be done as a recreational activity or as a
competitive sport . Because humans do not swim instinctively, swimming is a skill
that must be learned. Unlike other land animals that propel themselves in the
water , in what is essentially a form of walking, human beings have had to develop
a series of strokes and body movements that propel them in the water with power
and speed . The evolution of competitive swimming as a sport is based on these
movements and styles.
2. SOCCER

It is a sport in which two teams made up of eleven players face each other.
Each team, which has ten players moving around the field and a goalkeeper
(also known as a goalkeeper or goalkeeper), will try to get the ball into the rival
team's goal, respecting various rules. .
3. VOLLEYBALL
Volleyball, volleyball or simply volleyball, is a sport where two teams face each
other on a playing field separated by a central net. The objective of the game is to
try to pass the ball over the net to the floor of the opponent's field and prevent the
opponent from doing the same. The team has three touches to return the ball (in
addition to the blocking touch), but it cannot be stopped, held, held or
accompanied.

4. BASKETBALL

5. TENNIS

Tennis is a sport played with rackets and a small ball. It can be played by two
individuals (one against one) or two couples (two people against the other two). The
objective is to hit the ball so that it goes over the net that divides the court in half, trying
to prevent the opponent from being able to return it .
6. BADMINTON

At Badminton House, thanks to the Duke of Beaufort, a sport of Indian origin that is
currently known in our language as badminton was popularized. Badminton is similar to
tennis, although a shuttlecock or shuttlecock is used instead of a ball.

Badminton can be played individually (one player against another) or in pairs (two
players against two others). The court has a rectangular shape and is divided in half
with a net . Players have to hit the shuttlecock or feather with their rackets and make it

match each team will have attacked/batted and defended nine times. The match does
not have a fixed duration. The nine players on each team can bat a maximum of once
in each inning.
8. HANDBALL

Alonmano is the name of a sport that is also known as handball or handball. In this
game, two teams of seven members each face each other: the winning team is the one
that manages to score the most goals.

In handball, as its name suggests, the ball is moved and thrown using the hands. The
playing field is rectangular and has a goal (goal) at each end. Each team has a
goalkeeper (goalkeeper) and six field players who try to score goals in the opponent's

It is the name of a sport that pits two teams made up of fifteen players each against
each other. The objective is to carry an oval ball to behind the line that represents the
