AIM

This report aims to review our performance in the past year and outline expectations for
the upcoming year.

2022 EXPERIENCE

I express gratitude to God for the recently concluded year, acknowledging His grace and
mercy that guided us throughout. The year was marked by various organized and attended
events, such as Valentine's Day, G.E.N.C.O, Archdeaconry AGM, Power Night, Conferences and
Youth Week/Harvest. .

Notable engagements included participation in Conferences, Retreats, and All-Night Prayers.

Fellowship attendance was not satisfactory, with the Sister's Wing flourishing under the
commendable leadership of the Sister's Coordinator. Special appreciation goes to the Prayer
Coordinator for consistently facilitating prayer meetings, the PRO for effectively disseminating
information, and the Chairman for overseeing last year's successful Harvest in person of Bro
Austin Daniel. Additionally, appreciation goes to the welfare coordinator for sending monthly
goodwill messages, enhancing our sense of community and care.

A heartfelt acknowledgment goes to every other executive the played a vital role in their
various offices. A special mention to my Vice President for her invaluable contributions to our
shared success. And to us seated present here and those not I commend us all for our
commitments.

However, one out of two visions were achieved to the Glory of God.

ADMONITION AND EXPECTATION

I’m not saying that I have this all together, that I have it made. But I am well on my way,
reaching out for Christ, who has so wondrously reached out for me. Friends, don’t get me
wrong: By no means do I count myself an expert in all of this, but I’ve got my eye on the goal,
where God is beckoning us onward—to Jesus. I’m off and running, and I’m not turning back. So,
let’s keep focused on that goal, those of us who want everything God has for us. If any of you
have something else in mind, something less than total commitment, God will clear your
blurred vision—you’ll see it yet! Now that we’re on the right track, let’s stay on it. Stick with
me, friends. Keep track of those you see running this same course, headed for this same goal.
There are many out there taking other paths, choosing other goals, and trying to get you to go
along with them. I’ve warned you of them many times; sadly, I’m having to do it again. All they
want is easy street. They hate Christ’s Cross. But easy street is a dead-end street. Those who
live there make their bellies their gods; belches are their praise; all they can think of is their
appetites. But there’s far more to life for us. We’re citizens of high heaven! We’re waiting the
arrival of the Savior, the Master, Jesus Christ, who will transform our earthy bodies into glorious
bodies like his own. He’ll make us beautiful and whole with the same powerful skill by which he
is putting everything as it should be, under and around him. (Philippians 3:12-21 MSG)

We expect you however to;

Pray always. (1Thessalonians 5:16-17)

To be committed in all sincerity in serving God and His church. (1Cor. 15:58)
Attend Godly meetings, fellowships, as well as other church activities. (Hebr. 10:25)
Have a sincere relationship with God. (Psalms 91:1)

We kindly request your cooperation with the newly elected executive to support them in
ensuring a successful tenure this year
