I have been active as Vice Chief of people development in a national NGO platform in
Indonesia, Youth Ranger Indonesia (YRI) since 2023. I lead the people development
division with a team of 9 people, and in charge of designing programs for all regions in
Indonesia. This year I also served as Head of Evaluator at FYP Media, a national youth
communication media platform in Indonesia with a team of 5 people. The activities that I
have carried out are the preparation of interviews for candidates for our community with a
total of 1220 participants from all over Indonesia and I acted as the main speaker in the
activities carried out online.

I found that my current company is very ignorant of Indonesian regulations because it is a

company with a china-based HQ. There are so many interventions, especially in the
people development department, that I can't develop myself to the fullest, so I feel the
need to find an opportunity where I can really develop my potential.
