    The Writ Petition was listed before the Hon’ble Cour t on 02.01.2024,
    when the Cour t was pleased to pass the following Order:

    “1. Issue notice retur nable in four weeks.


    2. Until further orders, there shall be stay of
    operation of the Offi ce Memoranda dated 7 th July,
    2021 and 28th Januar y, 2022 issued by the Ministr y
    of Environment , Forest and Climate Change.”

    It is submitted that pursuant to above Order, Show Cause Notice was


    issued to the sole respondent through special messenger on 12.01.2024.
    Service of notice is complete.
    It is fur ther submitted that Mr. G.S. Mak ker Advocate have on 17.01.2024
    fi led Vakalatanama/appearance on behalf of sole respondent but counter affi davit
    has not been fi led, so far.
