Responsible for the development of a management method on NPI programs/introduction of new Server and
Storage options and software;
Co-leadership in an improvement project – Kaizen/Lean Manufacturing, reducing the cycle time in production
floor, which was a prize winner, recognized by USA headquarter.
Project Star Wars – Hub Move – Change of warehouse location/Hub Strategy/HP warehouse, in this project, my
role was UAT Test Lead/User Acceptance Testing, in which I learned how the phases and validation steps worked,
requirement definition, design, testing, warranty, etc., besides acting prior to tests in the discussions regarding
Scope, external visits, and requirement gathering; I also facilitated many phases to the team, mediating contacts
and adding information. I was recognized by Logistics Manager for this participation.
SMO Split – role of Test Lead, system functionalities acceptance in manufacturing and logistics for Latin America,
coordinating teams of different countries, such as: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Mexico. My
participation was from cutover phase, management of change and ramp up, attending WW interlocks with
multiple areas.
Tax Mitigation Plan|Legal Merger – fusion of 2 legal entities of the same company, allowing strategic tax flow,
recovering at least US$ 50Mi, preventing a potential write off. I led the processes, since the SME/Subject Matter
Experts, to understanding impacts, requirement construction, test assessment, management of change and
warranty period, providing visibility to the entire organization, acting as Focal point then.
Highlights:
The role I played at IKA in the beginning was divided in two:
Executive Trilingual Secretary/Customer Service and Sales Assistant. Afterwards, I was invited to work in Supply
Chain.
As Sales Assistant, I automatized the way of quoting, with automatic Pro-forma Invoice creation and the metrics
where the Sales goals were monitored and measured, considering the distribution network in Latin America.
In the day by day activities, I acquired a high technical knowledge of the equipment functionalities, being able to
recommend the appropriate equipment according to the customer application, besides clearing usage doubts
after-sales.
Project of location search for Installing a Plant in Brazil, presenting options to the company Directors, as well as
quoting material and equipment, service installation, hiring architects and making contact with the region City
Hall, in order to be granted with the required operating license.
