The inspiration for Fragrance Essence came from a desire to help customers
feel better and share a diversity of scents. The business partners invested P2,500 each

a net income of 49% amounting to 15,850.00 while in the second semester it gained a
19% amounting to P67,400.00 and it is clear that during our first semester of
implementation, it got off to a strong start, and in the second semester, we were able
to have great sales, indicating that the business has a lot of room to develop and the
capacity to grow and the business maintain the entire operation with no liabilities.

won't disappoint our future customer. To do that, we make sure that our supplier has a
positive feedback from others and her workplace is clean. In that case we will be one
hundred percent (100 %) confident that our product will be patronized by the people.
To minimize the cost for the stall and location, our team decided to put the
location on one of our member's address and the location of our business will be at
Barangay Opong, Tolosa, Leyte. Not just to minimize the cost but also based on our
survey this location will also attract many customers, because many people in this
area is fond of applying perfumes. And the distant buyer can easily find the said
location.
Fragrance Essence is a typical and unique business name that we made for the
customers who love perfumes and make them more appealing and attracting to the
people.

BUSINESS IMPLEMENTATION REPORTS
As we can see at the first graph, the sales for week one to week four which is
the month of January the line is stable because we taught that it is good to have
increase in targeted sales monthly but since we realized that it is better to increase
weekly by ten so you can see at the line that it is increasing because we are following
our targeted sales by week as a group.

Before starting to operate a business, the owners always think first the
preparation of the product. The process of preparing product is very important to
secure the quality of the product. Since we only buy an already formulated perfume,
we make sure our supplier is legal and pure of their products. We also make sure that
the product during the production will be handled with care and clean up to the final
outline of the product.
The figure represents the individual performance of the owners who consider
their selves as a sales agent since all of them are the one who sells the perfume. The

TARGET REPORTS
22
The tables above show the targeted sales weekly comparing to the individual
performance of each member of the group. Our business is all about perfume and it is
23
not like foods that are consumable everyday and it is not necessary or needs of all
people so sometimes some of the members cannot hit the target, the other member
sells the remaining perfumes. Even though we cannot hit the target sales weekly, we
work hard to hit the target by next week or before the month ends.
SECTION VII
DEVELOPMENT PLAN
The business has the ability to expand, and it is clear that during our first
semester of implementation, it got off to a strong start, and in the second semester, we
were able to have great sales, indicating that the business has a lot of room to develop
and the capacity to grow.
By putting this plan into practice, we will be able to improve our management,
our goods and services, and other organizational activities, guaranteeing that we
satisfy the demands of the market and the expectations of our customers. Eventually,
the management will keep working to improve and advance the business throughout
this strategy in order to stand out from the competition and increase sales of our
products in the near future.

brand. Our production area is at Brgy. Opong Tolosa, Leyte. One of my problems is
traveling to Tolosa every production day because I am from Dagami and I must ride
four times to be there, and I have a thirteenth-month-old baby. But since we are five
in the group, I asked them if I could help during production every other week since
our production is weekly. Before starting the operation of the business last year which
is the 1st semester, our group decided to sell fifty perfumes weekly as a group, so per
head, he or she should sell ten bottles of perfume weekly. This 2 nd semester we started
twelve perfumes each member for four weeks because we taught that increasing the
targeted sales monthly will be good but increasing it weekly by two each member is a
better idea so we did it. Our business is all about perfume. As we all know, perfume
is not in the list in the need or wants of people unlike foods, which is a need of all
people.
As a result of this, from the beginning of our business up until now, the
common challenge that we the members/sellers encountered is that sometimes we
cannot meet our weekly quota of individual. The group come up with a decision that
the numbers of perfumes to be produced and sold should be strictly follow and if it
has remaining perfumes, the other group members can have it to be sold and we
should make a way to cope the number of perfumes we have monthly. The sales
agents think a way or a strategy to sell the product. I myself posted it in my Facebook
account so that my friends will be know that I have perfumes that I sell in an
affordable price. The pandemic taught me to “raketera”, I became an online reseller of
something that people needs so I share our perfumes to other sellers for them to have
income. And lastly, I used my attitude of being talkative so I had to talk and
28
encourage the coworkers of my sisters to buy perfumes. They consume one perfume
weekly so I have them as repeat customers and also, they recommend our product to
others. We are also thankful that our business is about perfume because perfume does
not perish and can be stored. Our perfume becomes more fragrant the longer it lasts.

hard for me to sell and find customer but I make way to sold it easy. During selling
sometimes we experience also to have a shortage of customers, there are reason that
they have already perfume and sometimes the most we observe that they did not buy a
perfume the reason is lack of income. Since we offer one week to pay there are some
customers who will not be paid on time. There are so many allegations and reason.
Based on experience some of people the scent of perfume they may smell
sweet but it can make them feel sick. It includes the feeling of having asthma attacks,
dizziness and headache migraine. It was some of threats by having or implementing
our business.
The challenges also of our perfume is that we travel weekly to Brgy. Opong
Tolosa, Leyte. We spent money a little bit expensive especially when we are going
home late. That place also we go there for our production.
will be risky but through of your effort and your dedication the business will be grow
and expand by the right time.
I myself feel grateful for the experience we learned from making business plan
up to the end of Implementing business plan we learn more experience about running
business and be strong to the challenges we encountered in operating also a business.

decision and also have a determination in starting business. It was tiring and stressful
and at the same time happy because allot of our stressful day, I saw the best result of
our business which is we success and past a lot of circumstances in business
implementation. Facing problem is not to become you weak, but to make you strong
person I’m very thankful that I experience and able to overcome all of it. if I will be
going stand and handle my own business in a near future it is not hard for me because
I learned a lot of this implementation and I will not be new to encounter this different

suggestion and needs. As a team each one of us have our own duties and
responsibilities. I am assigning a Social Media Administrator that coordinates, create
and place content for the business social media platforms like Facebook and
Instagram and work also with marketing and sales teams about content development,
topics, and opportunities. It has never been easy for us especially for me. But on
behalf of these struggles, this implementation brings us closer and builds teamwork to
get through with it together and we gain as much as we expect from our business. I
have also learned in this business implementation is to trust and teamwork and be a
responsible to overcome the struggles, think a good decision before you take any
action to make your business profitable. Handling a business has never been easy but
this business has led me to run a business professionally to make a good plan in order
to success our business.
