Continuing Your Practice with Unlocking Transcendence


Congratulations again on completing 60 Days! What’s next? I have 3 suggestions for you…

#1 Enjoy the Program Again

The Unlocking Transcendence Quest and facebook group will remain active. Everything is yours to keep!

You can repeat the entire 60 days or a specific 10-day section at any time you like. This is a great way to
go deeper into your awareness, and see how much you have grown. If you take this route, I recommend
taking a break for a few days (or even weeks) after each 10-day section to let your awareness integrate.

#2 Daily Awareness Self-Assessment

The easiest, quickest way to continue building your awareness is to self-assess your awareness regularly.
I recommend a quick checkin for each awareness we activated (5-10 minutes total, eyes open or closed).

I’ve created a Daily Practice and Assessment worksheet with details on how to review each awareness.

Keep your assessment simple:


! positive - aware, flowing, happy, empowered, ...
" neutral - no feeling, unconscious, sleepy, ...
# negative - frustrated, stuck, blaming, effortful, ...

Let go of any attachment to the results. Just notice where you are naturally today. Every answer is ok!

If you find it overwhelming to look at everything in 1 day, try looking at 1 section each day (i.e., Monday -
Self-Awareness, Tuesday - Body, Wednesday - Mind, …). You’ll finish them all in 1 week.

#3 Awareness Workout

To go deeper in your daily routine, repeat the day which is the best match for you each day.

First, choose which awareness you want to work on. For example, where was your awareness low today?

Second, ask “What type of exercise do I feel like doing today?”

Third, look up the awareness and exercise type in the Course Map I’ve created for you. Watch or listen to
that day in your Quest or on Mindvalley Academy. Keep a daily log to see your ongoing progress.
