Introduction
Many youths believe that there are plenty of things to complete but not enough time to do. Many of
them say: “Above everything else, I prioritize school, assignments, work friendships, holidays, and
family. I’m so worried and unmotivated right now. How can l
feel good about myself when everywhere I look, I am reminded
that someone else is smarter, prettier, or more popular. "If I
only had her hair, her clothing, her attitude, I'd be happy, ". "I
have the impression that my life is running out of control."
"Right now, I'm not doing that well in school." I'll never get into
university if I don't improve my grades." These issues are real,
and you can't turn them off. So, I'm not going to try. Instead, I'll
provide you with a set of skills to assist you in dealing with
actual life. One powerful tool is growing habits.
But what exactly are habits?

Habits are things we do frequently. However, most of the time we are unaware that we have them.
Some habits are beneficial, such as:

Study motivation
There are key components and key ingredients in the recipe of a
student mentality. The future is incredibly expensive and only those
who are disciplined may inherit it. It's not going to be easy but it's
worth it. You want your future? You got to learn how to perform
under pressure. There will be moments when you feel like you're
losing your mind because you've studied for hours and are about to
take an exam that you won't pass. A student is resilient and
determined. When you're ready to give up all you've worked for,
remember why you started and how you felt when you first started.
Let me remind you what got you here. You got to be self-motivated.
You got to find purpose in what you do by discovering personally
meaningful goals and dreams. If you want to be a good student, if you
want to come out on top, you must learn to manage your time. So,
allow me to tell you something. You must learn how to generate
opportunities for yourself when no one else does. Look at successful
people like Bill Gates, Steve Joselin Musk and any other highly
successful human. They are successful because they use their time right. They make a promise to
learning something new every day. You will never get back the time you spent playing video games or
partying with your buddies. Use your time wisely and read books. study intensively and learn as much
as you can. If you have a dream, you must do
everything to make it into reality. Create a mindset
that does not allow you to quit or stop believing.
This is your life we are talking about. Nothing is
more important...
S o What’s a Paradigm.
To begin with, they are all impressions of how things
are. Second, even if the persons who expressed them are
convinced that they are correct, they are all wrong or
incomplete. A paradigm is your point of view, perspective, or
belief about something. Our paradigms, as you may have seen,
they put limits. Paradigms are similar to glasses. It's like wearing
glasses with the wrong prescription when you have incomplete
notions about yourself or life in general. Everything else is
influenced by that viewpoint. As a consequence, you get exactly what you see. We don’t know
how much we’re missing because we have messed-up paradigms. We have paradigms about
ourselves, about other people, and about life in general.
Life centered
Some of the more popular life-centers for teens include Friends, Stuff, Boyfriend/Girlfriend, School,
Parents, Sports/Hobbies, Heroes, Enemies, Self, and Work. They each have their good points, but they
are all incomplete in one way or another, and they’ll mess you up if you center your life on them.
Luckily, there is one center that you can always count on. We’ll save it for last
Nothing compares the feeling of belonging to a wonderful group of friends,
and nothing matches the feeling of being an outcast. Friendship is important,
but it should never become your center ,become your main focus .Why? They
might be unpredictable at times, they can be fake, they may whisper behind
Friend-Centered your back or create different friendships. Furthermore, if you depend your
identity on having friends, being accepted, and being popular, you may find
yourself compromising your standards or changing every weekend to
accommodate your friends.
Among teens, centering one’s life on school is more frequent than you may believe
. Our education is essential to our success in the future and should be
prioritized.School-obsessed teenagers are sometimes so focused on achieving
excellent grades that they forget that the primary goal of school is to learn.
School-Centered Thousands of teenagers have demonstrated that you may achieve in school while
still maintaining a good life balance
Stuff-Centered
We have a tendency to view the world through the prism of our belongings or
"things." We live in a material society ,we want to have the quickest automobile,
the greatest clothing, and plenty of other things that are meant to make us happy.
There's nothing wrong with achieving and enjoying our achievements, but we
should never focus our life on things that have no permanent significance. Our
confidence must come from inside, not from beyond; it must come from the
quality of our hearts, not from the number of things we own.
BABY STEPS
1. Say something positive about yourself the next time you look in the mirror.
2. Express your appreciate for someone's point of view. "hey, that's a fantastic concept," you may
say.
3. Consider a self-limiting paradigm you may hold, such as "I'm not outgoing." Do something today
that completely defies that mindset.
4. The Golden Rule rules! Begin now to treat people as you would like to be treated.
5. The next time you’re in a tough situation and don’t know what to do, ask yourself, “What
principle should I apply (i.e., honesty, love, loyalty, hard work, patience)?” Now, keep the idea in
mind and don't look back.
Principle Centered-The Real Thing
In case you were starting to wonder, there is a center that actually works. Just as there are principles
that govern the physical world, so there are principles that rule the human world. The principles are not
religious. They apply equally to everyone, rich or poor, male or female, king or peasant.
Here are a few examples of principles:
Honesty
Service
Love
Hard work
Respect,moderation,fairness,integrity,loyalty,and
responsibility.
It’s not hard to identify them. For example, let’s think about the
principle of hard work.If you haven't paid the price, you may be
able to get by for a while, but eventually it will catch up to
you.Take the principle of honesty.If you're a big liar,you may be
able to get by for a while, even for a few years. But you'd be hard-pressed to find
a liar who achieved success over the long haul.Ironically, putting principles first
is the key to doing better in all the other centers. If you live the principles of
service, respect and love, for instance, you're likely to pick up more
friends.Putting principles first is also the key to becoming a person of
character. If you find no one trusts you,the principle of honesty might just be
the cure you need
Never let your fears make your decisions. Disena Kapllani
There are many emotions in this world, but one of the worst is the fear of making a decision. Fearing to
make a decision you will start to doubt your abilities to do something, but in fact those doubts are
treacherous to us and cause us to lose the good we can
often gain by being afraid to try. One of the most
important things we can do is to discipline our thinking
and imagination, because if you don't do this, your
mind will take you on a wild journey talking to you and
manage to highlight to you what you fail to do. If we
manage to become self-motivating, to be able to talk to
ourselves and feel our energy level coming. People
around you will feel that there is no fear of setting in
around you but if people come in around you, but if
people come to understand your fear then it will be
something worse for you. To be afraid of an is the
problem, we must learn to be problem solvers. When a
difficulty comes to us, we must find the solution to the
issue and not delve deeper into it. We must know that for every issue we must present a solution to it. We
mustn't give up on the dream we have, if we want that job, a profession or something else we must
achieve it, we must never give up on it, we must face our issue and not be filled with the fear, our fears
we will make some very wrong decisions, which will have an impact on our lives and our dreams.
Types of fears that influenced the decision-making process
There are 2 fears, which exist in the minds and hearts of many people. But everything has its solution. The
first is the fear of rejection. Many people fail to get a job because of the fear they have of being rejected
by someone, but it should be known that you need to build self-confidence, have confidence in your
abilities and values, and determine that who you really are. Have a high self-esteem and keep yourself
with high values, when you focus on your work, rejection will be just a very small obstacle in your
journey. The second is the fear of the unknown. This fear has paralyzed many people and prevented them
from pursuing the dreams they have. You have to agree that there is absolutely no way to know
everything that will happen, so we have to be together. one with the unknown so we can make it unknown
to us.
Setting goals. Blerina Hajdari.
You must have one major goal in order to be successful. "Everything is hard before it is easy," stated
Goethe, and that is one of my favorite quotes. As a result, forming a new habit is difficult before it
becomes simple. You must persist in your efforts. It's similar to riding a bicycle. You keep falling down
and having to get back up until it becomes easier and easier, until it eventually becomes automatic. And
your entire life will change when you automatically get up each day, plan your day, and work on your
most essential goal. Concentrate more on keeping an eye on your control and less on the end outcome.
Instead of saying, "I want the world to be free of poverty," say, "I want to help people." Consider the
region you wish to create.
Stop being compared. Xheni Grami
Generally people on social networks bring out their best part, this excluding daily problems and their
worst part. But is it healthy to compare ourselves to those we see on Instagram? Normally not.Comparison
is one of the most common mental vices out there. It often occurs alongside other conditions such as
anxiety or depression, this can mean misfortune for those who suffer from it.Most of us have a laid back
attitude when it comes to painting a picture about ourselves. Why do we do it? It has been thought that
our attempt to compare ourselves is part of a very basic desire to understand ourselves and our place in
the social sphere. It helps us add context to the world and communicate better with those around us.In my
opinion, a very big problem is also the fact that we compare ourselves with other people we see on social
networks, not having the information that all we need is to value ourselves.
The common ingredient of success
In the end, putting first things first requires
discipline. To overcome your fears, you must
be
disciplined. To be strong in the face of
adversity and to defy peer pressure requires
discipline.
Albert E. Gray spent years researching
successful people in the hopes of discovering the secret
element that made them all successful. What do you believe he discovered? It wasn't about dressing for
success, eating bran, or keeping a good mindset. Instead, he discovered this. Successful people have a
habit of doing the things that failures hate. They don't necessarily enjoy doing them either. However, their
dislike is overshadowed by the power of their mission. What exactly does this imply? It implies that
successful people are willing to put up with unpleasant tasks from time to time. What motivates them to
do so? They know that if they do these things, they will achieve their objectives. In other words, whether
you feel like it or not, you
occasionally have to use your special human tool called willpower
to get things done.
Conclusions
We finished our project just in time. Everyone
was involved. We worked together and we
shared our ideas to provide useful info for our
project. We noticed that we are not perfect
human beings, but is necessary for as to be the
best version of ourselves. In this project we have
shown the way to reach that goal. We gave ideas
and worked together to achieve our goal: to give
