Maja Blanca (Filipino Dessert)
Ingredients
400 grams corntarch
2 can evaporated milk
2 400 ml of coco mama coconut milk
4 cup of water
1 cup sugar
11/2 cup of powdered milk 9 preferred bearbrand)
1 cup creamer ( coffee mate)
2 can kremdensada
2 can whole kernel corn
2 can cream style corn
1 bar cheese
Procedure
Combined the evaroted milk and cornsstrach then set aside
In a sauce pan combined the coconut milk, water, powdered milk, creamer,
kremdensada, sugar, whole kernel corn and cream style corn and mix well.
After mixing well, bring to a boil
When its already boiling, start slowly add the cornstarch mixture and
continue mixing
Just keep on mixing because the consistency will become very thick
Mix until the texture bcomes smooth and silky
Let is cool down and refrigerate for 2 hrs before serving.
Creamy white salad
Ingredients
2 packs of Lychee Flavored Gulaman
1 cup White Sugar
7 cups Water
2 cans lychee
2 nata de coco (White Color)
2 Buko
2 All purpose Cream
2 Condensed Milk
Procedure
For the Gulaman
Dissolve the 2 packs of gulaman to the water then add the sugar
Bring to a boil
When its already boiling turn off the heat and transfer the mixture into
the square pan then let it cool until it become firm.
Drain the lychee and nata de coco and buko.
In one bowl combined all the ingredients all purpose cream, condensed
milk, nata de coco, gulaman, lychee and buko.
Tiramisu
Ingredients
2 all-purpose cream (chilled overnight)
2 condensed milk (chilled overnight)
1 block cream cheese (chilled overnight)
1 cup powdered sugar
4 tablespoons instant coffee
2 cups hot water
Ladyfinger/ Broas biscuits
cocoa powder (for toppings)
Procedure
In a shallow bowl, dissolve the instant coffee in hot water. Set it aside and
let it cool.
In a large bowl, add the chilled all-purpose cream and beat until fluffy. Add
condensed milk and mix well until fully-combined.
In a separate bowl, add the chilled cream cheese and beat using high speed
for a few seconds. Add around a half cup of cream mixture to the cream
cheese to make it fluffy and smooth.
Combine the two mixtures and then mix until well-blended.
Prepare the cream mixtures, the coffee mixture, the ladyfinger biscuits and a
square pan.
Dip the biscuit quickly in the coffee mixture and then transfer it to the
square pan. Repeat these steps until you make a layer of ladyfinger biscuits.
Next, spread a layer of cream mixture. Make an alternating layer of
ladyfinger biscuits and cream mixture until you fill the pan.
Chocolate Graham Cake
Ingredients
2 packs CHILLED (500ml) All Purpose Cream ( CHIILED OVERNIGHT)
2 can (300ml) Condensed Milk ( CHIILED OVERNIGHT)
4 packs (225g) Chocolate Grahams
1 Big can Evaporated Milk
Chocolate Ganache:
1 pack (250ml) All Purpose Cream
125g dark chocolate
125g milk chocolate
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, mix CHILLED all purpose cream and condensed milk (i used hand-
held mixer and mixed it for 5mins)
2. Pour a bit of mixture on the container
3. Dip graham crackers in milk (OPTIONAL)
4. Assemble chocolate graham crackers
5. Pour cream mixture
6. Repeat until you reach desired height
7. Refrigerate for at least an hour
8. Pour warm chocolate ganache
9. Refrigerate overnight
Ganache:
1. Heat all purpose until just simmering
2. Turn off heat and immediately add the chocolates
3. Stir slowly until smooth
4. Wait until it becomes warm before pouring over the graham cake
Chocolate Mousse Cake
Ingredients
Chocolate Mousse:
3 all purpose cream, chilled overnight
11/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
2 condensed milk,chilled overnight
2 tbsp gelatine,clear&unflavored(soaked in 3 tbsp water)
4 tbsp hot water
For toippings
1 all purpose cream ( chilled)
½ cup Powdered sugar
Chocolate Chips
base cake:
Store bought Chocolate cake ( Fudgee Bar)
Procedure
Crush the store bought chocolate cake then arrange it to the packaging
Dissolve the gelatine to 3 tbsp of water then set aside.
Mix the chilled all purpose cream until its double the size
In one bowl combined the condensed milk and cocoa powder and mix it together.
Add the hot water to the gelatine mixture then set aside
add the condensed milk mixture to the cream mixture then using hand mixture
mix it until it combined then add slowly the gelatine mixture
add the chocolate mixture to the packaging
No Baked Cheesecakes
Ingredients
Graham Crackers Crush
Butter
4 tbsp gelatine ( White and unflavored)
½ cup hot water
2 all purpose cream ( chilled overnight)
2 Creamcheese Bar
1 condensed milk
Toppings
Nasa inyo if ano gusto Ninyo pwedeng blueberry , caramel or oreo
Mix the Graham and melted butter then arrange to the packaging
Dissolve the gelatine to the hot water then set aside
In one bowl using hand mixer mix the chilled cream cheese once its fluffy add the
chilled all purpose cream and condensed then pour the gelatine mixture and mix it
together after that arrange it to the packaging for your toppings add what is your
preffered.
