 Classify pictures of foods as Go, Grow and Glow foods.
 Appreciate the importance of Go, Grow and Glow foods.

Now I will group you into two group


one and this side is group two. Each
groups should be give five foods that can
be found at your home then identify that (Student present their idea)
foods according to its types then choose
your representative to come here in front (Cooperate)
to answer.

“So what can you say about there


food?” And what is the importance of Go, (Joviel answered)

“Yes Joviel” “That foods are delicious. It can give


us energy” “and These food give our
muscles fuel to run, swim, jump, cycle
and our brain fuel to concentrate

Jemboy please read the objectives. At the end of the lesson, students can be

Appreciate the importance of Go, Grow

“The objective is identifying Go, Grow
and Glow foods.

Kindly read Jeboy and give an example. “Go -these is type of food that give you
energy, provides full and help us to “go”
and active example of these is rice ,
bread, pasta, and potato.

“Next is Grow” (Mark read)


“Kindly read Mark and give an example” Grow- these is type of food helps our
body grow bigger and stronger. It also
helps build our bones, teeth and muscles.
Example of these are meat, fish, and egg.

“Lastly is Glow” (Jerry read)
“Kindly read Jerry and give an example” Glow- it is food have full of vitamins and
minerals that keep our skin, hair and eyes
bright and glowing.
Example of these are squash, water melon
and eggplant.

vegetable are Glow foods”

“Okay and now get your skill and
answer this one” (student present their ideas)

group 2. Then choose your representative
to come here in front to answer.”

essential for the growth repair and
maintenance of body tissues and for the
regulation of vital process.
