    Monitoring and Evaluation Tool

    The M&E tool is designed based on the components of a balanced and flexible reading program
    articulated in the reading program of the division office. The M&E tool will be used for progress monitoring
    of the school’s reading program. The results of the M&E shall serve as bases for recommendation and in
    redesigning the program.

    of teaching and learning materials as well as

    instruction
    3. Uses texts, readers, and materials in the English language
    based on standards and curriculum
    4. Has a learning resource package in reading/literacy
    instruction
    5. Maintains a repository of print and non-print materials in
    reading which is made accessible for learners
