Monitoring and Evaluation Tool

The M&E tool is designed based on the components of a balanced and flexible reading program
articulated in the reading program of the division office. The M&E tool will be used for progress monitoring
of the school’s reading program. The results of the M&E shall serve as bases for recommendation and in
redesigning the program.
