VIII. Rationale
In consistence to DepEd Order (DO) No. 35, s. 2016, the Learning Action Cell
(LAC) shall be implemented in schools as a school-based continuing professional
development strategy for the improvement of teaching and learning. Through this
policy, our school DepEd-CLSU Elementary (Laboratory) School fully supports the
continuing professional development of the teachers based on the principle of
lifelong learning and school’s commitment to the development of teacher’s potential
aimed towards their success. This training on Orienting the teachers on the
conduct of Numeracy (PAN) and Literacy (Phil-IRI and CRLA) and planning for
intervention focuses on capacitating teachers and instructional leaders on the basic
knowledge and pedagogical skills in literacy and numeracy.

1. In consistence to DepEd Order (DO) No. 35, s. 2016, the Learning Action Cell
(LAC) shall be implemented in schools as a school-based continuing

learning. Through this policy, our school DepEd-CLSU Elementary
(Laboratory) School fully supports the continuing professional development

success. In relation to this, Learning Action Cell In- Service Training will be
scheduled on October 13, 2023 at three o’clock in the afternoon at the
Kindergarten Yellow Room.

2. Likewise, there will be meeting on October 12, 2023 (Thursday) at twelve


forty five in the afternoon of the Technical Working Committee for the
orientation and preparation of the said event at the Administration Office.

3. Here are the Working Committee and the Program Proper on the said event.
