1. Be able to articulate a personal definition of Instructional Leadership with consideration for elements and dimensions which are generally accepted as core
components of Instructional Leadership
2. Consider and articulate plans for application decision-making in various dimensions of Instructional Leadership
Course Outcomes 3. Advocate for leadership focused on improving teaching and learning by being better able to articulate a plan for teacher support
4. Identify and be able to recommend and use various instructional tools that will help improve teaching effectiveness
5. Plan for the strategic use of instructional technology as a pedagogical tool

 The lectures and all the necessary activities must first be completed before taking the quiz.
 The students will be allowed to take the major examinations late if they can provide valid reasons with corresponding letters from the guardian.
