who has had the most significant impact. On the other hand, articulating these thoughts in a coherent
and engaging manner can be a complex task.

Selecting the right anecdotes, moments, and characteristics to highlight about the chosen teacher
demands careful consideration. It involves the challenge of balancing personal emotions with
objective analysis, aiming to portray a well-rounded picture of the teacher's influence. Describing the
qualities that make someone the "best" teacher involves delving into specific examples of their
teaching methods, dedication, and the lasting impact on one's education and personal development.

Crafting a compelling introduction that grabs the reader's attention, developing a well-structured
body that seamlessly transitions between different aspects of the teacher's influence, and concluding
with a strong and memorable ending pose additional challenges. Each paragraph must contribute to
the overall narrative, building a cohesive and persuasive argument for why a particular teacher stands
out as the best.

Furthermore, maintaining a balance between personal experiences and universal qualities of a good

Microbial Communities Associated with Hydraulic Fracturing
Background Information Microbial communities have been observed around wells that
were created using hydraulic fracturing. Shale beds, like the Barnett Shale in Texas, are
believed to be sterilized due to the thermogenic origin of the gas formations. The gas in
the shale is entirely of thermogenic origin and was generated during heating events that
resulted in temperatures of up to 150 °C (Montgomery et al., 2005). These temperatures
are much higher than the currently established temperature limit for life (122 °C) and
likely sterilized the formation (Jones Lineweaver, 2010). (Struchtemeyer, 2011)

Microorganisms Present in Hydraulic Fracturing

The microorganisms present in hydraulic fracturing fluids can vary widely. The
microbial community in SM frac pond water consisted primarily of Actinobacteria,
Bacteroidetes, Alphaproteobacteria, Betaproteobacteria, and Gammaproteobacteria,
which accounted for 92% of the total community (Fig. 2e). These five phyla/classes
were also present at high abundance in CT frac pond water (Fig. 2a), which also
contained large fractions of sequences that were affiliated with Firmicutes and
Cyanobacteria (Fig. 2a). (Struchtemeyer, 2011) These are the microbes that were present
in the frac pond, before use.

Firmicutes and actinobacterio are both gram postive class of bacteria, as well as
bacteroidetes. Proteobacteria contain an large variety of prokaryotes, it is the largest
phylum of bacteria. It is known that the alpha, beta, and gamma varieties are found
around hydraulic fracturing well sites. Lastly cyanobacteria were present, which are
prokaryotic oxygenic phototrophs containing chlorophyll a and phycobilins. As can be
seen, bacterial populations can be very diverse around hydraulic fracturing well sites.
Bacterial communities present in the flowback were not the exact same as the original
bacteria in the freak pond. In the Struchtemeyer paper there were two different sites
sampled, so there
Edgar Allen Poe s The Raven
In spite of his strictly formulated idea of the step by step designed poetry, Poe
seemingly did not follow his own rules. Throughout his essay we can identify several
signs that lead us to the assumption that the essay serves as a kind of device for
hoaxing his audience. As Person highlights, Poe writes in his essay that he was just
led at once to the use of one word as refrain, which means that it was not the result of a
long process of designing. The case of the absurd speaking creature is similar as well,
as Poe admits that the idea of the non reasoning bird that is capable to speech came to
his mind randomly. (Person, 4.) Here, then, immediately arose the idea of a non
reasoning creature capable of speech, and very naturally, a parrot,... Show more content

Person argues that the denouement was not present in the beginning of the poem but
it was added at the end. This means that both the final effect and Poe s intention was
presented only at the end, which stands in opposition with what he had written in the
beginning of his essay. Poe himself admitted in the end of his analysis that only in the
very last stanza of The Raven can the reader identify the intention. (Person, 5.)
Regarding the operation of paradoxes within the essay, we can conclude that the
whole work can be seen as a hoax. According to Dennis W. Eddings, who argued in his
essay, Mad Ravings or Sound Thinking?: The Philosophy of Composition and Poe s
Parodic Raven that Poe baffled his readers in many ways; first of all, his compositional
method belied reality, as rather than mathematical precision, The Raven seems to be the
product of accident or intuition. (Eddings, 194.) The issue of language can be seen as
the other obvious device for his game with the readers. Poe in his essay attacked the
disjointed, frenzied rhetoric, but his own language seemed to descend at that level in
some cases. The most outstanding example for this problem, according to Eddings, is
the part of the essay, when Poe refuted the idea of composing in the state of

delivering the best evidence based treatment methodology to our clients. However, with
the recent implementation of the Affordable Health Care Act, many health care providers
are presented with a daunting task of providing leading edge innovations to their patients
within the regulatory restraints placed on them by this act. Also, the future trend of
health care is more about accountability to the consumers through the utilization of the
consumer driven health plans with emphasis on account Based Health Saving Plans and
transparency. The major impact on the delivery of quality care will be that the
Affordable Health Care Act and how it will affect how insurance payers implement cost
containing restraints, adhere to governmental regulations, and while delivering the best
evidence medicine to the clients they serve.

Current and Future Trends in Managed Health Care The annual cost of health care today
is approximately 6% of the median family income and in the future it is estimated that
this cost will increase faster than the nation s inflation rate.

Arabia has undergone several changes. The starting of teaching English was in 1925

schools. First, the government established public schools, and the Ministry of Education
managed them. As a result, these schools do not charge any tuition to the people who
live in Saudi Arabia. The English language was taught from seventh grade to twelfth
grade in public schools. The method of teaching English in public schools
