Job Title: HR Projects and Talent Manager

Job Summary:

As HR Projects and Talent Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing HR and Talent
projects within the organization. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful planning, execution,
and completion of HR initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives. You will
collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to deliver projects on
time, within budget, and with high quality. Your project management expertise will be crucial in driving
HR-related changes, process improvements, and system implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Training and Development: Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that cater to the
professional development needs of employees at all levels. This includes leadership
development, technical skills training, soft skills training, and other relevant areas.
2- Talent Assessment and Identification: Implement talent assessment methodologies to identify
high-potential employees and create talent pools for future leadership positions. Collaborate
with HR teams to develop and administer assessment tools.
3- Talent Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent
development initiatives. Identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement, and make data-
driven recommendations to enhance programs.
4- Budget Management: Develop and manage the talent development budget, ensuring efficient
allocation of resources and cost-effective delivery of programs and initiatives.
5- Project Planning: Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and
resource allocation. Define project milestones, tasks, and dependencies to ensure efficient
project execution.
6- Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders, including HR leaders,
department heads, and external partners. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather
requirements, obtain buy-in, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
7- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR functions,
such as recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and talent
development. Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive
continuous improvement.
8- Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans,
status reports, meeting minutes, and project-related communications. Ensure all project
artifacts are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for reference and audit purposes.
Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

- Proven experience in talent development, learning and development, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of talent management principles, best practices, and industry trends.

- Excellent knowledge of training and development methodologies, tools, and techniques.

- Familiarity with performance management processes and tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
simultaneously.

- Familiarity with talent assessment and succession planning methodologies.

- Proficiency in using HR software and learning management systems.
