    INTRODUCTION:

    Badminton is a tennis-like game played with light stroke rackets that are used to strike a

    shuttlecock (a feather cork missile) back and forth, before it hits the ground across a high net

    within a rectangular court. It is also court play that can be played either singles or doubles, by

    men, women, or mixed pairs, either indoors or on outdoor courts as a fun game or at a highly

    competitive level.

    A very good morning to all of you, On behalf of the organizing committee, we are pleased to welcome all
    of you to our school who is responsible for this Badminton Tournament. We hope that all the players
    can compete in a healthy manner. So what're we waiting for? The long wait is over…
    May I request everyone of you to rise for our National Anthem, and to be followed by prayer so that we
    feel the presence of our Almighty God, and also for the singing of Aliguas Mangaldsn thru Audio Visual
    Presentation.

    Please take your seats. Now as your Master of Ceremonies, I would like to introduce my self to you. I am
    Lea H. Ocay School MAPEH Coordinator.

    So may I call on to Mrs. ROSALINDA C. FABIA, Assistant Principal in our school, Teacher III, Guidance
    Coordinator, Math & Brigada Eskwela Coordinator, for our opening remarks… Let us give her a round of
    applause.

    Next may I call on to our very industrious, supportive, helpful Barangay Captain of Barangay
    Embarcadero, Don Teofilo G. Frianeza for his inspiring/ wonderful message to our players and coaches….
