    II. Rationale

    The School Monitoring, Evaluation, Plan and Adjustment is


    mechanism that provides information and insight on several aspects
    of the school system. The EIS teachers manifest an activity which
    aims to provide the school necessary information status and its
    progress.
    Through SMEPA it allows the teachers and its stakeholders to
    effectively manage the school concerns and for the teacher adhere the
    standards of teaching and learning process.
    The gathered information during the SMEPA is route to be
    accustomed in conducting Plan and Adjustment that is valid and
    made according to the school needs.
    III. Objectives
    The objectives of the activity are to;
     Present and review the implementation programs and
    projects and activities conducted in S.Y 2023-2024
     Share the school’s practices and addressing the issues and
    concerns
     Validate the data gathered.
