This revolutionary technique helps you save time and substantially boost your productivity.

No impression or matrix needed.


Protemp Crown Temporization Material comes in one universal shade and a variety of preformed sizes. To fabricate, simply select the appropriate size and adapt the crown to its oral environment. After tack curing, take the crown off the prep and put it back in place a couple of times to ensure fit before final cure. Then polish and cement using standard temporary cements, such as RelyX Temp NE Temporary Cement from 3M ESPE.*

Choose appropriate crown size. For a snug t, choose rather the smaller crown.

Trim and adapt. Trim the crown short rather than leaving it too long.

Final cure. Fully cure the crown outside the mouth for 60 seconds.

Finish and polish. Polish crown and roughen inside prior to cementation. * See tips & tricks for complete step-by-step information.

The crowns can be customized and/or repaired using a conventional flowable such as Filtek Supreme XT Flowable Restorative, or composite materials, and can be polished to a shiny tooth-like appearance.
