NOTICE FOR ADMISSION
SESSION: 2023-2024(B)
BATCH-4
1. Introduction: Congratulations to the candidates who have been finally selected for
admission into the Master of Public Health (MPH) program of BUP. The selected candidates shall
have to report to the Program Office (Academic Building, Room no: AC-413, 4th Floor), BUP
between 09:00 am to 02:00 pm (Except holiday) to complete admission formalities.
2. Admission Schedule (From Merit List): 03 December 2023 to 06 December.
3. Admission Schedule (From Waiting List-Depending on the seat available): 07 & 10
" Decem ber 2023.
4. Sequence of Admission Activities:
a. The candidates, on arrival to Program Office must collect the Admission Form and
Bank's Deposit Slip for fee payment. They must bring following Original Documents
along with one set photocopy.:
I) Certificate and Transcript ofSSC/O Level examination.
2) Certificate and Transcript of HSC/ A Level examination.
3) Certificate and Transcript of Graduate Level examination.
4) Nationality Certificate from UP Chairman/Ward Commissioner or National ID.
5) 06 (six) copies of passport size colored photograph duly attested.
6) Internship Completion Certificate. (If any)
7) Admission Test Admit card (One Copy).
8) Blood Group, Urine RJM/E & HBsAg Test Report.
b. The candidates declared medically fit shall have to deposit Taka 49,500.00 (Forty-
nine thousand and five hundred taka only) in the Trust Bank Ltd. located at Mirpur
DOHS, Dhaka or Mirpur Section-II, Dhaka branch or BUP Campus or any Branch in
Bangladesh. They must collect Bank's Deposit Slip from MPH Program Office (Academic
Building, Room no: AC-413, 4th Floor) of BUP before going to bank.
d. Finally, the candidates shall report to Program Office (Academic Building, Room
no: AC-413, 4th Floor), BUP and deposit the following documents for completion of the
admission process:
I) Completed Admission Form.
2) Money deposit slip/receipt of the bank.
5. Commencement of Academic Session: Academic session will commence on 12 January
2024. Detailed information on academic curriculum and class routine will be available at Program
Office (Academic Building, Room no: AC-413, 4th Floor).
