I have always had a passion for managing teams, businesses, and projects from a very young age as it gives me a great
sense of satisfaction when I am able to successfully accomplish a set of tasks that I undertook from scratch. I thrive in
environments where my passion meets the purpose of the organization.
With my Masters’ Degree in Business Management from University of Strathclyde, I have developed various technical
and interpersonal skills through hands-on learning to build solid foundation, skills, and expertise in field of business and
management. I have gained relevant practical skills by studying various modules such as Business Strategy, business
analysis and business consulting where I led the group project for developing a business growth plan for a building
services company to establish their services in North England resulting in securing 1st place.
During my previous role as a Project lead, I led a seamless transition of strategic and operational objectives from Target
US to Target India by planning, execution, and monitoring of merchandising projects for 1800 retail stores in US and
collaborating with stakeholders and cross functional teams for successful completion of projects on time and with great
accuracy. I have received multiple accolades for my willingness to go above and beyond to ensure projects were
successful, my accuracy in execution and time management skills.
As a Site Engineer, I also led a team of 15 subcontractors, scheduling and coordinating construction activities. I was also
involved in project management, documentation, and negotiation of materials from vendors and suppliers. My manager
always recognized me for my leadership skills and my initiative to foster great teamwork during the construction
projects.
In my current role as a part-time receptionist, I was part of the team that successfully managed the upgradation of
Grosvenor's omnichannel online account for consumers of 50+ nationalities, resulting in the venue achieving a top 4
rank among 52 other venues in the UK.

I am highly competent in MS Office suite and flexible enough to get trained in any of the company’s in-house applications
as and when required. Although I might not have all the technical skills that you are looking for the role, I can assure
you that I am a quick learner, and I would put in enough efforts to ensure I am up to date with any in house applications
or skills that are required for the role.
