with my partner, but I was able to improve
with practice.
Thank you, Nathan. It’s good to hear that you
had experience dancing Tinikling before..

Before we proceed with our lesson today let

V. Values Integration
Okay now class, what are the safety measures
you need to observed while executing the
steps?

Yes, Vienz. The safety measure that we need to observe

when performing Tinikling is watching where
you are stepping. Also, do not lean over the
poles when tapping. Do not place your thumb
or fingers on the interior portion of the poles.
Give dancers plenty of space.

Was Tinikling more or less difficult than you

thought it was going to be? It may look like it is hard because of the steps
that might hurt you when executing the dance,
but when you practice and mastered the steps
especially the beat of the bamboos, it is
practically safe and enjoyable.

What are the most important skills to have

during Tinikling?

Yes, Joshua The important skills to have when performing

Tinikling are flexibility and proper posture.
Also, the teamwork and coordination.

Yes indeed, important to have those skills for

maintaining good posture your dance
performance. By improving your range of
motion and coordination through stretching
So, teamwork, coordination, and trust are
needed to assure perfect sequence and rhythm
in a Tinikling dance to improve your overall
physical health and well-being.
