Body

Swami Vivekananda had many quotes and views about the human body. He saw the body as temporary, constantly changing, and not the true self. It is merely an instrument for the soul. While the body must be kept healthy, it should not be over-identified with or clung to, as it is ultimately subject to decay. The greatest altar is the living, conscious human body itself.
