Answer: Our brain controls our body by sending and receiving messages through
the spinal cord and nerves.

Answer: No. Our brain never sleeps, it maintains control of our breathing even while
we are asleep.
3. How can we care for our nervous system?
Answer: We can care for our nervous system by coping with our emotions, having a
balanced diet, writing regularly and avoiding alcohol, drugs and cigarettes.
4. How does our urinary system work to remove waste substances from our body?
Answer: It removes waste substances from uur blood through the kidneys and
passes it put of the body through the urethra.
