NCRCC Member Satisfaction Insights

NCR Country Club conducted a survey of its members to understand satisfaction levels and gather feedback. Some key findings included: 1) Younger members under age 46 joined primarily for golf and dining. Satisfaction levels with golf were high but dining received some dissatisfaction. 2) Over 65 members were very satisfied with course conditions but only satisfied/dissatisfied with dining. 3) Dining received dissatisfaction in areas like speed of service, variety, and prices being too high compared to other clubs. 4) Most members supported policies like no smoking and adding more casual dining options.
