    Sir,
    Good Day.

    On behalf of the entire teaching personnel of Kangko Elementary School, I am writing this letter
    to express our desire to apply for progressive face to face classes for School Year 2022 - 2023.
    This is in line with the recent release of DepEd Order No. 034 s, 2022 stating that starting
    November 2, 2022, all public and private schools shall have transitioned to 5 days in-person
    classes and no school shall be allowed to implement purely distance learning or blended
    learning except for those that are implementing Alternative Delivery Modes as Provided in DO
    21 s, 2019.

    Rest assure that we will do our best to accomplish necessary requirements to render 5 days in –
    person classes upon your approval.
