and pastries, accompanied by beverages such as hot and cold coffee, tea, milkshakes, fruit

juice, and lemonades. CAKEFULLY YOURS hopes to serve the customers the signature

delicacies that were passed down from generation.

CAKEFULLY YOURS products were made originally from cakes to pastries and

drinks. CAKEFULLY YOURS target market will be the higher-end of middle-class

workers and above, however, an effort will be made to give lower incomes opportunities

to buy our products. The area where the business is located has stores that run the same

kind of business, but the edge of CAKEFULLY YOURS were the cakes and pastries are

freshly made. The recipe is original and the ingredients used are high quality and organic.

CAKEFULLY YOURS offers as well customized cakes and bakes in accordance with the

preferences and requests of customers.

CAKEFULLY YOURS can be reached through social media sites and can be

delivered door to door for large orders. Continuous promotions will be on social media.

Bloggers will be taken to promote CAKEFULLY YOURS for further expansion of

information. CAKEFULLY YOURS employees are studied and were trained in food

business industry. One of the employees competed in Italy where World Cake Designer

Championships Competitions were held and scooped 2nd place in the said competition.

High-quality, handmade cakes and pastries are produced by CAKEFULLY

YOURS together with beverages like hot and cold coffee, tea, milkshakes, and juices. It is

located in Talisay City's Towne Heights. Ten people work at CAKEFULLY YOURS,

including six in the kitchen, two at the counter, and two servers. The overall operating

hours of CAKEFULLY YOURS are 11 hours, from 8 am to 6 pm. The target customers

are those who enjoy eating cakes. The production of high-quality cakes and client

happiness are the two main objectives of CAKEFULLY YOURS.

CAKEFULLY YOURS caters not just to cakes but also to bread and pastries.

Cakes are made from good quality and 100% cocoa, while the flour for making bread and

chiffon or vanilla cakes and cupcakes is also made from high-quality of flour or first

class. Our recipe for making these products is originally developed and passed down from

generation. Perfect to share with families and friends. It had gone through trial and error,

from standard time and temperature, it has been standardized and operated carefully. Our

ingredients has been picked and carefully selected.

People have been conscious about their health and weight, especially their sugar

intake. CAKEFULLY YOURS made sure that the products are friendly and suited to

be giving a loyalty card. A loyal customer who always comes to our store to purchase our

product, and activated certain points of orders or purchases needed, will receive a loyalty

card. This card gives a 3% to 5% discount every time they come to order at our store.

Social media has a bigger influence nowadays. By making a page or account, we

will be promoting it through posting. Each day is special so each day there will be an

update on our page of giving appreciation to customers who came to our store for the day.

We will document them and create an album. Our special offers in our menus will also be

posted with a picture attached, making it attractive and enticing so that more customers

will see and be convinced to come. Not just the products, but as well the ambiance of our

store. On special days, such as the anniversary of CAKEFULLY YOURS and on special

holidays such as Christmas and New Year, we will be giving a free pastry gift to our

customers and a mystery gift to those who will be ordering online.

28 years ago in a small, retail location. Today, Nestor and Dionisia have stuck to the same

menu that made them successful after receiving criticism of not serving donuts. They

bake and serve what they know and have perfected.

Five years ago, CAKEFULLY YOURS struck an alliance with the Agriculture

Department in an effort to grow and mill the flours locally. Now, they supply many

restaurants and resellers with daily breads and pastries while continuing to grow their line

of nutritious and satisfying baked goods.

Magee’s Cakes and Pastries

Magee’s Cakes and Pastries has been family owned and operated since 1956. After 60

years, Magee’s Cakes and Pastries is still known for serving the best-baked goods in

town. They specialize in freshly made cakes, bread and pastries baked every day.

Magee’s Cake and Pastries is open Wednesday – Saturday. They offer online ordering

and curbside pickup or delivery.

made cinnamon rolls, cookies, scones, cakes, and coffee. They are open Wednesday

through Sunday from 6:00 am – 1:00 pm. The Orly Cakes and Pastries is owned by

Eduardo Galleho and he has recently started offering custom-made-to-order cakes,

decorated sugar cookies, and other treats for all types of parties or gatherings.

Capital Requirement
