NARRATIVE REPORT AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
S.Y. 2022-2023

I. INTRODUCTION

In line with the program of the Department of Education to build good potential leaders
someday to run a nation, schools are requested to have and elect their Supreme Pupil Government
Officers to lead all pupils towards the success of the school and the school to be the training ground of
efficient and disciplined future leaders.
To comply with this DepEd program,, last September 7, 2022 class officers from Grades II-VI
elected the officers of the Supreme Pupil Government to lead Aurora Elementary pupils in school
activities particularly about cleanliness of surroundings, following school rules and policies and many
other concerns.

II. OBJECTIVES

The Supreme Pupil Government aims to:


1. Develop love God and Country, moral character, personal discipline, leadership potentials, and
confidence among the pupils;
2. Train the pupils for effective and efficient leadership;
3. Establish programs and projects that will promote goodwill, unity and cooperation between and
among pupils;
4. Serve and protect pupils’ right and welfare;
5. Provide a good environment for learning, training and growth opportunities;
6. Contribute to school aspirations to promote quality education and academic excellence; and
7. Represent the pupil population in the policy-making body of the school concerning pupils’ welfare.

III. ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN


 September- November
The officers were inducted into office last September 24, 2022 by the Head Teacher-3, Mrs. Judy
V. Marayag.

The Supreme Government Pupil Officers reminded about the project and how to have them
realized. The officers agreed to solicit trash cans for the use of school for the maintenance of health and
sanitation of the school. Each Grade level are also obliged to segregate their wastes into Biodegradable
and non-biodegradable. Plastics, cans and bottles are collected in a certain place and sell them for
financial support of the SPG projects and programs.

The Officers also encouraged everyone to participate actively in all the projects and programs of
the school. They were also reminded about their discipline at school like keeping the school
environment clean and safe for all learners. There is also reading program of the SPG organization of the
school, wherein, pupils can bring and share reading materials to their classmates or school mates during
break time and lunch time. Advisers also participated in this program, they give take home reading
materials for slow readers. Sharing of reading materials or donating old reading books at home is the
initial project of the Supreme Pupil Government Officers. The officers and adviser also coordinated with
the school stakeholders for the feeding program among pupils. There are 2 groups, CCF and CIASI who
supported the program and catered the needs to support the feeding program of the SPG.

The objectives of the pupil government were also presented and explained to all members and
officers. Areas of responsibilities were assigned. Leaders and members were selected for each group.

The following are the assignments:

JANUARY

Pupil Government Officers began to monitor the utilization of reading materials donated by the
different pupils per grade of Aurora Elementary School. Monitoring of areas and surrounding is also
administered during break time and vacant hours of the officers.
