How to improve my memory strategies
1. Focus Your Attention
One of the most important aspects of memory is attention. You must actively attend to
information in order for it to go from your short-term memory to your long-term memory.
Make an effort to study in an environment devoid of distractions such as television, music,
and other forms of entertainment.
Getting rid of distractions might be difficult, especially if you live with raucous roommates
or youngsters.
2. Structure and Organize
Information is organised in memory in related clusters, according to researchers. By
arranging and organising the stuff you're learning, you can take advantage of this. To help
organise related concepts, try putting comparable concepts and terms together, or build an
outline of your notes and textbook readings.
