BODY POINTS

 Shoulder neck point


 Apex point
 Natural waistline
 Shoulder tip point
 Shoulder blade point
 Side waist
 Side hip
 Buttocks
 Knee point
 Armpit

HOW TO TAKE BODY MEASUREMENTS

Parts of body to be measured can be taken in:

 Horizontal measurement
 Vertical measurement
 Circumferential measurement

1. The horizontal measurement is taken from the left of the figure to the right.
2. The vertical measurement is taken from the top of the body figure to its base.
3. Circumferential measurement is taken around the body.

Bodice

 Full Bodice Length- from the shoulder neck point passing over the apex point down natural
waistline.
 Apex Height- taken from the shoulder neck point to the highest point of apex.
 Shoulder Blade Height- taken from the shoulder blade point down to the natural waistline.
 Shoulder Point Width- taken from the shoulder Point across the back to the other shoulder
Point.
 Apex Distance – taken from nipple to nipple
 Shoulder Blades Distance – taken from the shoulder blade point to the other SBP.
 Bust- taken around the fullest part of the bust and slightly higher from the back.
 Waist- taken around the smallest part of the torso.

 Lower Arm Girth
 Upper Arm Girth
Skirt

 Desired Length
 Apex Distance
 Shoulder Blade Distance
 Hips
 Hip Depth
