The adviser of the Felician Gazette school paper requests approval from the president, VP for finance, and VP for admin to print the 2nd issue for the current academic year. The printing costs will come from publication fees collected each semester. The number of copies printed will be equal to the number of currently enrolled students who have paid their fees. The dean of the office of student services and activities and OIC-VP for academic affairs have recommended approving the request.

I would like to request from your good office the approval for the printing of the validated 2nd
issue of our Official School Paper Publication “Felician Gazette” of the 2nd Semester Academic
Year 2021-2022. The source of funds to be used for the printing of our school paper publication
will come from the Publication Fees under the Miscellaneous Fees every semester. The number
of copies will be the total number of enrolled and fully paid college students of the 2nd Semester
Academic Year 2021-2022.
