1. Can you tell something about yourself.

My name is Shenna Mea O. Alama. From San Ricardo Talavera, Nueva Ecija. I’m 25 years old.
At my age I already experience a lot of things but ofcourse we Filpinos love exploring new
things to improve ourselves more. I graduated at NEUST year 2024 with the course BEEd. My
hobbies is I really love listening to music and also I love reading and travelling. As a normal
person I have my weaknesses and strengths. My strengths are team working I love working with
a team because it is not just about working together but it’s also about helping each other and
building a good relationship with your team or workmates also one of my strength is being
adaptable and flexible before I used to say I’m comfortable and okay being with my comfort
zone but as time goes I realized you can never improve your skills and yourself if you will just sit
and steady with your comfort zone for you to grow personally and professionally you have to
challenge yourself do things you don’t usually do and go out with your comfort zone and with
that you can confortable adapt things even if it is new to you and be flexible in everything you
might experience unexpectedly. And ofcourse if I have my strength I also have my weaknesses
and one of it is I have trouble saying “no” because I always overthink what will people say to me
if I said no to them or turned them down I can say I’m a “yes” type of person which I realized not
right thing to do because sometimes overused of kindness may lead you to trouble and worst
they will disrespect you next is not being confident and being too hard on myself. I keep on
improving myself and showing off that I am confident enough up until now I’m still on the
process on that

2. Is teaching your first choice? Why did you choose this career?

Yes, it is my first choice because I was born in the place wherein many children couldn’t afford
to study because of financially unstable. Seeing them everyday on my way to school was very
hard. And that was the reason why I am here it is all because of them. They influence me and
made me dream about teaching someday and help children someday. Also one of my teacher
back in my high school year became part of where I am right now. There was a time I was
confused if I still love my dream in teaching someday but because of her she made me love
teaching even more because she shares how it feels when you teach, how it feels when you
see your students happy because they learned something from you and how it feels when they
say they love you and thank you for what you did. From that they, I took teaching seriously
because I wanted to feel the feeling was my teacher is telling about.

3. If you were to ask to handle learners with special needs are you going to take the job or not?
4. What would you do if your students had a fight while you were in class, would you
immediately go to the principal?

5. Why should I hire you?

You should hire me because I am the best fit person for this job. Not just I love teaching and
children but I also love this school so much because this is my dream school to teach and I
would love to spent and stay working and teaching here for the rest of my career. I also have
enough experiences in teaching during my shs and up to college year I used to do tutor and
also I have been teaching 3 years in private schools. I have the best quality that fit in your
standards and I will be contributing a lot in this school in the future I will not just teach here but I
will serve as the light of every student I’ll be handling toward their bright future
