A. Pronoun
What is pronouns
A pronoun is a word that replaces a common noun or a proper noun or a word that
is useful for replacing a noun to avoid wasteful repetition.
For Example:
Nadia Is my Sister. Nadia likes Spaghetti. Every Morning, Mothers cooks
Spaghetti for Nadia. I, to be Honest, do not like spaghetti to much. But Nadia
doesn’t seem bored eating spaghetti.
If you look at the paragraph above, what do you think about it? Yeah, there are
too many repeated words, so it's not comfortable to read. There are two underlined
words nadia and spaghetti, both of which are nouns. you can replace these words
to avoid repetition. for example like this.
Nadia Is my Sister. She likes Spaghetti. Every Morning, Mothers cooks it for her.
I, to be Honest, do not like it to much. But she doesn’t seem bored eating it.
the words Nadia and Spaghetti are mentioned just once. so that the paragraph
looks more pleasant to read. well that's the function of pronouns.
