    CHAPTER 4: HARDWARE AND


    SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

    The Geotagging of Missing Building Points from Processed Post-Census Maps


    and EA Delineation for the Development of Enumeration Area Reference File (EARF) for
    the 2022 Census of Agriculture and Fisheries (2022 CAF) activity is divided into four major
    processes: 1) Geo-tagging of missing building points covered in CPH Forms 2 and 3, 2)
    Pre-processing, field validation, and post-processing for EA delineation, 3) Modification
    of block maps, and 4) Evaluation of prepared maps.
    The effectivity and success of these processes depend highly on the efficient
    implementation of proper technology appropriate for this undertaking. This chapter
    focuses on the hardware and software requirements for this activity.

    4.1 HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS

    4.1.1 Tablet

    1. Model: Galaxy Tab A 8.0 with S-Pen (2019, SM-P205)
