DAMAC is one of the leading property developers in Dubai, and has been shaping the Middle East’s luxury real
estate market since 2002, delivering iconic residential, commercial and leisure properties.
In 2020, ODS Global partnered with DAMAC as a sole vendor and an independent service provider for 24
properties across Dubai.
When ODS started the project, multiple towers had their BMS systems offline. ODS Global successfully
managed to bring the systems back, online, with minimal cost impact to the client. This enabled DAMAC to
save a considerable amount on the energy bills of these properties.
ODS Global’s dedicated team of BMS Service Engineers manage multiple major brands of BMS, without need-
ing any support from the OEM/Original Installer. This not only leads to savings in service charges but also
opens up the existing systems, empowering the end user to have multiple options of integrating other brands
with the existing ones, while maintaining the same or improved features.

EMAAR Properties is one of the world’s most valuable real estate development companies,
having a portfolio of 40+ towers, across multiple master communities.Since more than a decade, most
of these buildings have been running on legacy systems, in silos, and within a rigid framework of
brand containment, requiring the OEM/Original Installer support for any changes, programming or
rectifications. Moreover, the existing systems were not inter-compatible with other systems or brands.

In 2020, ODS Global partnered with EMAAR as a sole vendor and an independent service
provider for managing the BMS systems installed across all premier properties in Downtown and Dubai
Creek Harbour. By using Netix Global B.V. powered technology, ODS Global successfully managed
the integration for the complete portfolio of multiple legacy brands while opening up the systems and
migrating them into an open platform. This has enabled EMAAR to upgrade from decade old BMS
to current generation technology and features. The process involved minimal cost impact to the end user.
