Dear Sir:

Greetings!

I am Mrs. Miriam G. Reyes, an English Secondary School Teacher I of Patricio Palomar


Memorial High School, situated in Sitio Ponglo, Brgy. Sto. Nino. Having been teaching in the
hinterland for (6) six years (2) two months, I am purposely writing this letter to express my intent
to transfer to Rufino Aguilar Memorial High School or any other secondary schools under
Cluster 4

I am wishing to transfer for the following reasons:

a. I have been teaching in Patricio Palomar Memorial High School since December 6,
2016; I will be more productive and effective if my station is close to my residence.

b. Transferring to a nearer school would let me feel assured of my 6-year-old child’s


safety because I have been frequently away from him since the day he was born. If given
the chance, I can regularly go home and spend more time with my family and I could
even save enough money to augment our income in defraying family expenses.

I am fervently hoping and wishing that this request be granted and be given attention. If granted,
I will be forever grateful for your consideration and understanding to my situation.
