Rectangular Duct
Al Mulla Industries Rectangular Duct System is manufactured to meet the best HVAC Industrial
specifications and quality standards by using experience and expertise in the field for over a
decade.

Rectangular Duct System is available for various HVAC and other applications.

Rectangular Duct Construction

1. Galvanized Steel Duct: Rectangular Ducts
are fabricated out of hot dipped galvanized
sheets in accordance with ASTM A 653,
Lock forming quality with G90/ Z-275 (275
grams/m²) zinc coating.
2. Stainless Steel Ducts: Ducts are fabricated
out from best quality, SS Sheets of 316/304
grades with Pittsburgh / Welded longitudnal
joint and TDC transverse joints.
3. Mild Steel Duct (Black Steel): Our MS
Ducts are fabricated from hot rolled black
steel sheet (16 Ga and above) with welded
longitudinal and transverse joints.
4. PVC Coated ducts are also available on
request.

Flat Oval HVAC Duct & Fittings
• Flat oval duct combines the advantages of round duct
and rectangular ducts because it may fit in spaces where
there is not enough room for round duct, and it can be
joined using the techniques of round duct assembly.
• Spiral flat oval duct is machine-made from round spiral
lockseam duct and is available in varying sizes and
aspect ratios. It can also be made with longitudinal
seams.
• Flat oval duct has considerably less flat surface that is
susceptiable to vibraiton and requires less reinforcement
than a corresponding size of rectangular duct. The
deflection of the flat oval duct under pressure is related to
the flat span rather than the overall width of the duct.
• Any round duct fitting can have an equivalent fitting made
in flat oval. As in rectangular duct, a hard bend elbow
denotes the bend in the plane of the duct width, whereas
an easy bend elbow denotes the bend in the plane of
the duct height. Any branch fitting can be made with the
branch tap either round or flat oval. The tap of the flat
oval fitting can be located anywhere on the circumference
of the fitting body. If the diameter of a round tap is greater
than the height of the flat over body, a transition can be
made from flat oval to round, providing an equivalent area
at the base of the transition.
• Flat oval duct is for positive pressure applications only
unless special designs are used.

Access Door
ADH-10

Access Doors are designed to provide a practical and inexpensive access to components inside
the duct work. Recommended for use in low to medium pressure duct systems.

DOOR PANEL & DOOR FRAME: Made of Hot-dipped Galvanised Steel

(Lock forming quality) with coating designation of G 90 as per standard
specification ASTM A653

CAMLOCK: Plated Steel

HINGE: Continuous piano style

Access Doors are available with continuous hinge on one side and Cam lock(s) on opposite side.
The door panel is internally insulated with fiberglass insulation of 25 mm thickness; 24 kg/m3
density and compressible type foam gasket is provided all around the door frame.
