Job Title: DATA COLLECTORS AND SUPERVISORS
Department/Unit: Operations
Reports to: Technical Team Lead

Organizational Background – Eclipse Global Consult is a Consultancy Firm that is edging towards a lead role in the
Consultancy service sector in the country, with a niche in areas including Surveys (Baseline, Endline and Mid –Term
Project Surveys) as well as Gap/Need Assessment, Market penetration, and Products Acceptability Surveys.

The Firm is currently looking for Experienced Data Collectors and Supervisors to support it operations.
We are currently planning for series of Countrywide Data collection exercises and requesting for Data
Collectors and Supervisors in all the 16 Districts of the Country.

Data Collectors must be Diploma or First-degree holders in any discipline, intelligent, team players,
humble, and have an android phone. Undergraduate Students from recognized Universities can also
apply. Previous experience in Data Collection will be an advantage. The ability to speak local languages
is a critical factor for consideration

Responsibilities of Data Collectors:


1) Collection of Primary and Secondary Data
2) Community Engagements and Sensitization
3) Maintaining Confidentiality of information in their possession

Supervisors on the other hand must be at least first-degree holders with verifiable experience in
Electronic Data Collection and with good leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities of Supervisors:
1) To Supervise Teams of Data Collectors assigned to the Supervisor
2) To train Data Collectors and deal with securing approval from relevant authorities for Data Collection
3) To provide first-hand solutions to field mission challenges affecting smooth data collection exercise
4) To conduct Focus Group Discussions and Key Informant Interviews in the data collection process
