    5. Green Design Strategies for maximizing natural lighting and ventilation

    7. Preparation of Schematic Drawings (for all floors and rooms)
    8. Elevation and Massing Design
    9. Preparation of 3D Model for the proposed elevation / Facade design
    10. Perspective Visualization of the proposal (3D Views)
    11. Design Review meetings with the Client and Revisions
    12. Preparation of detailed drawings such as
    a. Brickwork Drawings
    b. Doors Windows Schedule – Dimensions
    c. Joinery Details – Specs
    d. Staircase and Handrail Detailing
    e. Flooring Layout
    f. Compound wall design and detail drawings
    g. Building Elevation Drawings
    h. Exterior Lighting Design (Choice of Fittings included)

    II. Structural Design

    1. Preparation of Structural Drawings by a licensed Structural Engineer, after the sign-off of the
    Proposed Design

    c. Grade beam drawing
    d. Roof / Floor Beam Drawings
    e. Roof / Floor Slab Drawings
    f. Reinforcement and Cross section detail drawings
    g. Staircase Drawings
    h. Compound wall Drawings
    i. Sump, Septic Tank and Over Head Tank detail drawings
    j. Any other drawings needed for building the structure of the proposed design

    III. Site Co-Ordination Scope of Work

    1. Site Co-Ordination with Contractors / Builder


    2. Site Visit Charges - Rs 10000 / Visit

    C. Fee Structure:

    The Professional fees for the scope of work elaborated hereinbefore shall be

    • GST 18 % applicable for cheque payments


    • The above fees are based on the Square feet rate. The built up area of 50000 sq ft is arrived
    based on the Client's requirement.
    • Ground floor: Dining hall - 20000 Sq ft
    • First floor : Marriage hall - 20000 Sq ft
    • Second floor : 30 - 35 Rooms - 10000 Sq ft
    • Final billing will be according to the final built up area.
    D. Terms of Payment:

    20% of the agreed fee On Project Kick-off


    30% On Sign-off of Floor Plans
    25% On completion of 3D Elevation design and Working drawings
    25% On completion of Structural drawings
