MERALCO STREET LIGTHS APPLICATION

Board Resolution 2022-001

We, the undersigned members of the Board of Directors of IDESIA HOMEOWNERS


ASSOCIATION, INC., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines,
with principal office located in Barangay San Agustine 1, Dasmariñ as Cavite, have this September
30, 2022, unanimously approved and adopted the following resolution, and quote:

“AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of Idesia


Homeowners’ Association approves Meralco Street lights application.

RESOLVED, FINALLY, that Bernie P. Cadiz the Village Manager of


IHAI, be authorized to process Meralco street lights application.

RESOLVED at IDESIA Dasmariñas, Barangay San Agustine 1, Dasmariñ as Cavite


and signed this 13th day of September 2019.
