was also part of the team that was responsible for assisting customers by providing in-depth technical
support with various software and hardware related issues. I have experience with operating a multi-
line phone and with transferring calls and placing callers on hold, assisted customers with basic technical
support for modem, telephone, cables and phone services and also for more difficult technical issues
requiring troubleshooting and repair to provide them with best possible resolution.
