Duties/Responsibilities:
Recruitment, Selection & Placement:
• Coordinate & Plan overall recruitment, retain and maintain pool of talents in the RFL group as
per business objective by ensuring related policies for all position.

• Conduct selection and recruitment process for both management and non management staff
that include maintaining recruitment requisition, internal/external job advertisement, ability
test, interview, reference check, negotiating and finalizing offer.

• Plan & Organize different job fair at different public universities to fulfill future requirements.

• To advertise vacancies through national dailies/ job portals and other online ways.

• Keep record of recruitment and selection process.

• Manage and utilize CV bank in an organized way also maintain files of interviewed but not
selected potential candidates for future recruitment.

Organization Development:

• Manpower Planning, Develop Business yearly organogram, find the short excess manpower &
fill up as per short manpower.

• Assisting Head of HR in developing and planning strategies which consider immediate and
long-term staff requirements.

• Drafting policy & SOP as required by management time to time.

Training & Development:

• Develop training module to enhance the competencies of employees.

• Taking Advance Excel Training for Excel Users.

• Planning and training, including inductions for new staff.

• Take induction program for new recruit employee

Payroll Management:
• Payroll management of 6000+ employees by HRIS.

• Ensure employees personal data management

• Prepare and ensure yearly increment of all staff.

• Prepare & Ensure employee confirmation.

• Prepare transfer employee as per management decision

• Coordinate & Conduct a different training program at factory

HR Reporting:

• Implementing financial policies and procedures for new recruit & prepare recruitment cost.

• Prepare report of employee turnover Late, Leave, absent report, HR cost report, Grievance
report, Salary report, Per KG HR cost report, Accident report and so on.
