Abstract

In the beginning of March 2020 as the threat of coronavirus led local


governments to quickly shut down, It's an event encountered in the history
of humanity because mankind has faced various pandemics in history. The
common point of pandemics is their serious negative effects on the global
economy considering the food that had a huge impact impact on the
consumers, at this point in time they are much more conscious in eating.
They prefer healthy food and snack so they don't get sick easily in addition
because of pandemic the consumer's wanted a product that is low in price
that could fit in their budget. In each part of the country Many food product
had been invented or combined to make a healthy food that would be
appetizing and will accept and sold to the the taste of consumer's. In our
country everywhere you go there are many different varieties of banana in
Philippine market and banana is a staple food that is included in many
cooked dishes or dessert. As I mentioned people are conscious with their
food but witv to banana it contain the essential nutrients that can have a
protective impact on our health. For our study we would conduct survey
with regards to the banana cheeseball it's a descriptive form of research
which will be described the level of evaluations of the tasters on the banana
cheese ball, which is a banana-flavored bread with a cheese inside. A
combination you'll never thought in terms of variables such as appearance,
color, benefits, and price. Banana Cheese Ball will be surveyed and sold in
our beloved province Balingasag, Misamis Oriental our main goal is to
serve and sold to consumers liked student, teachers, children, and parents
by offering an alternative to the people's sweet delicacy and healthy snack
with an affordable price.

Chapter 1

INTRODUCTION

This chapter includes background of the study, statement of problem,


hypothesis, scope and limitation, conceptual framework, the
significance of the study and the definition of terms used.

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

Our business tend to sell a classic healthy snack that isn't


common in the community which is Banana Cheese Ball,it would
be a labor intensive business that will provide a satisfaction to the
taste of the costumer and health benefits like vitamins, minerals,
protein, calcium and many other as they enjoy eating.
The ingredients of Banana cheese ball comes with all purpose
flour,cheese,milk,egg, and banana. we sell our product for 7
pesos each it will be sold in our beloved province Balingasag
Misamis Oriental.
The banana cheese ball is highly improve,worth buying and
suitable for the taste of our community particularly to the student,
parents, teacher's, worker which our target market. We made it
how it would be also good for the people who sell banana (saba)
in the market that it wouldn't be easily waste in this period which
is the pandemic.

Statement of the Problem

1. Determine what factor on marketing aspect do banana


cheese ball become leading in to the area of Balingasag
Mis.or

2. How do you define the cheesy flavor of the product?


Is it the best combination you never thought you liked?

3. Does this product will have a good impact in the business?

4. Will the consumer accept the product?

5. Base on the finding of the study how many respondent like


the product?.

METHODOLOGY

In this chapter, you'll expect the location where we gathered the location of our interview. The
respondents of the study and how we gathered data and the respondents of the study.

RESEARCH DESIGN

this study is a descriptive form of research which described the level of evaluation of 20
respondents on banana cheese ball in terms of variables such as appearance, color, benefit and
price. The main goal is to serve and have a feedback from the consumer in the community.

THE SAMPLE

this study use stratified random sampling.


The respondents are the 20 randomly selected people from balingasag, misamis oriental.

THE INSTRUMENTS

the research study use likert scale survey questionnaire as the research intrument in gathering
data from the respondents. The questionnaire was validated with the help of our research
adviser. We personally give the questionnaire to the selected respondent. We also have our free
taste of our product.

THE INTERVENTION
the research intervention plan of this study would implement an advertising ad and posting
online. This include guidance to the buyers to order online. This advertising ad and posts will
immediately appear in all social media platform and that could easily recognized by people.
