    To Whom It May Concern:

    It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Anthony Zammikiel. Anthony was
    enrolled in my Advanced Placement United States History course last year of 2020-2021. Although he is not
    enrolled in any of my academic courses this year, he volunteers his time to help tutor current students master the
    skills needed in AP United States History. He has consistently stood out among his peers throughout all four
    years of high school by his consistent participation, engagement with others, and his respect of other individuals
    and authority figures, no matter the circumstances. Anthony’s academic and extracurricular achievements are
    outstanding, but what makes him stand out beyond his peers is his ability to balance his schedule with ease,
    responsibility, and an incredibly respectful attitude toward everyone around him, no matter the circumstances.

    Anthony has an impressive academic record that can be found in the other documents related to his application.
    I would like to focus on his outstanding teachability, work ethic, and determination. I first met Anthony his
    junior year while enrolled in my AP United States History course during the pandemic when our class was
    entirely online. Regardless of the circumstances, Anthony set an example in group and whole class discussions
    as he included others and raised the bar on rigor and intelligence. He quickly stood out as a leader in class and
    someone who was willing to help others achieve high academic standards. He now continues to do so in his
    in-person classes. Academically, he produced eloquent essays showing a comprehensive knowledge of history
    as well as the skills needed to produce a near-perfect essay with a strong thesis statement, evidence, and
    contextualization. Although his course work proved to be excellent at every turn, Athony continued to attend
    workshops and tutoring sessions to improve his skills and understanding of American History, always striving
    to do better and to hone his academic and writing skills. Because of this drive to do well, he mastered his skills
    and knowledge in AP United States History, earning a well-deserved five on the AP exam. In addition to his
    high academic success, Anthony always addresses his peers and teachers with respect and dignity and sets an
    example of character that is sometimes lacking in high school environments. It was a pleasure to have Athony
    in our APUSH class and it is a pleasure to work with him during his senior year.

    Anthony Zammikiel has many academic and extracurricular achievements that set him apart, but it is his
    character that distinguishes him as a shining example on our campus. Anthony is one of the greatest students I
    have ever had the pleasure of teaching. I believe he has a bright future and will make any institution proud to
    have him and is well deserving of many scholarships that will assist him in achieving his dreams. I believe he
    will use his skills and talents to make the world a better place. Thank you for your consideration. If you have
