Clinical characterization and management of hospitalized patients with suspected or
confirmed COVID-19
 Management of clinical signs of Pneumonia plus one of the following; respiratory
rate >30 breaths/min, severe respiratory distress,
 Management of organ dysfunction include: altered mental status, difficult or fast
breathing, low oxygen saturation, reduced urine output, fast heart rate, weak pulse,
cold extremities or low blood pressure, skin mottling, or laboratory evidence of
coagulopathy, thrombocytopenia, acidosis, high lactate or hyperbilirubinemia due to
COVID 19.
 Management persisting hypotension despite volume resuscitation, requiring
vasopressors to maintain MAP ≥65 mmHg and serum lactate level > 2 mmol/L.
 Management of an acute Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease exacerbation or in
the management of respiratory emergencies an urgent response is required.
 Treatment of acute and chronic infections, management of neurological and mental
manifestations, non-communicable diseases, rehabilitation, palliative care, ethical
principles and reporting of death since May 2021.
 Completed a one-day orientation course on use of ventilator in Pulmonary Disorders
at Intensive Care Unit(ICU) by Govt. of India,
 Support of COVID vaccination process at Mining area through District health
systems & Utkal health care Pvt Ltd at mining’s workers at Joda and Barbil area for
Counseling and to immediate rescue of Anaphylactic shock.
Ayurvedic Practitioner Responsibilities:
